Kelly Curtis, 47, of Windermere, is the vice president and general manager of Prestige Concrete Products VCNA. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 31, 2017, and ending June 30, 2019. Darryl Fales, 46, of Estero, is the president of Preferred Materials - Concrete Division. He succeeds Bernardo Diaz and is appointed for a term beginning January 31, 2017, and ending June 30, 2019. Dr. Michael Armbruster, 54, of Winter Garden, is an educator for Orange County Public Schools. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning January 31, 2017, and ending June 30, 2017. Jay Snyder, 56, of Orlando, is the president of Masonry Accessories, Inc. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning January 31, 2017, and ending June 30, 2018. Robert Carlton, 43, of Saint Augustine, is the general manager of Capital Concrete and Masonry, Inc.
