This was such an insightful post! As someone who's seen the growing demand for skilled trades in construction, it's amazing to see organizations like the Florida Concrete Masonry Education Council stepping up to provide educational programs. I remember a friend who struggled to find proper training in masonry, and programs like this would have been a game-changer for him. Kudos to the author for highlighting this important initiative!
