Foundations for Life


GRANT HIGHLIGHTS​


  • Serves 200 people returning to Florida communities
  • Incarcerated adults will be provided with pre- and post- reentry services, including employment preparation
  • Enrolled individuals will be provided with a case manager to assist in the development of plans for employment during post-release
  • Enrolled participants will complete education and training activities
  • Enrolled participants will obtain stable, self-sustaining employment
